Run Coaching

The run coaching package provides a tailored training plan designed specifically for you. I create a long-term strategy that incorporates a mix of block and classic periodisation, offering a clear roadmap to achieve your goals. This approach fosters a strong coach-athlete relationship through open communication and regular feedback on TrainingPeaks. A minimum commitment of six months is recommended to ensure the coaching remains relevant, specific to your needs, and aligned with your race goals.

Strength and Conditioning Coaching

My strength and conditioning programmes are tailored to each athlete's unique needs, identified through a thorough assessment of internal and external movement patterns. Based on the athlete's overall strength and experience, I incorporate a variety of periodisation models. This approach ensures precise load management, reduces the risk of injury, and delivers sport-specific training for optimal performance.

Mobility & Biomechanics

As a mobility coach, I focus on strengthening healthy joints to enhance both sports performance and daily life. I incorporate daily movement routines to improve joint mobility, increase connective tissue strength, and boost range of motion before adding external loads. By ensuring you have the right physical foundation, I help mitigate injuries and support long-term health in both life and sport. Additionally, I take a detailed approach to biomechanics, addressing the root causes of tension and spasms to promote optimal movement and recovery.
