Run Coaching
Our run coaching package offers a tailor made training plan with individualised coaching that is best suited to you. We build a long range plan that utilises a mix of block and classic periodisation, this gives an insight on how we will achieve your goals and allows us to build a strong relationship through communication and regular feedback via Training Peaks. A minimum of 6 months commitment is recommended, as this will enable our coaching time to be relevant and specific to you and your race
Strength and Conditioning Coaching
Our S&C programmes are based on the athletes needs, this is identified through an assessment of internal and external movement patterns. Depending on the athletes general strength and experience, we will use a variation of periodisation models which allows greater load management control which helps to mitigate injuries and become sport specific.
Mobility & Biomechanics
As mobility coaches we understand that having strong joints enhances your performance in life and sports, that’s why we use the FRC systems like CARS as a daily routine to open more workspace in the joints before adding external loads. We also work intrinsically with biomechanics, to better understand where issues develop and how we can help to release tension/spasm that builds up in the body.
