Maggie May Dempsey

Maggie is a UKA-qualified Trail and Fell Running Coach, Level 4 Strength & Conditioning Coach, Mobility Coach, and Intrinsic Biomechanics Specialist.

With over a decade of experience competing in mountain ultras and triathlons, Maggie brings a wealth of knowledge and a diverse coaching style to her athletes. Her unique, data-driven approach to programming is designed to deliver measurable results and tailored solutions.

For more than five years, Maggie has coached both elite and recreational athletes, combining her expertise in strength and conditioning with her specialisation in mobility and biomechanics. This holistic approach ensures her athletes achieve their full potential, whether on the trails, in the mountains, or beyond.
